Why Manuka La Fleur

Hi, I’m Amer, the founder of Manuka La Fleur.
During my undergrad years, I was constantly getting sick, coughs, sore throats, and low energy that would linger for 7–10 days at a time. It affected everything: school, the gym, even just hanging out with friends.

One winter, I decided to skip the usual cold and sinus pills that never really worked for me. Sitting in my pantry was a jar of Manuka honey, gifted by a family friend. On the second day of being sick, I took one spoon before bed. Within minutes my sore throat was soothed, by the next morning I felt 80% better, and by day two, I was back to normal.

That experience blew me away. I started researching Manuka honey, diving into scientific articles and health journals, and I was amazed by its proven benefits, from immune support to energy, digestion, and even wound care. I began taking it regularly, and I can honestly say my energy has never been higher and my immune system has never been stronger.

That’s when I knew: I had to share this with the world.
