Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping (if you plan to expand later)

• International shipping times vary by destination. Customs delays may occur.
